It is surprising how interest in Mary O'Hara's work has continued, even while she herself had 'disappeared'. Holland is one case in point. Another is the number of Mary O'Hara references on the web. If you google "Mary O'Hara" you'll be surprised at what you find.

Mary O'Har with her sister Joan O'Hara

This is the last photograph we have of Mary O'Hara with her sister Joan O'Hara, (better known to her fans as Eunice in Fair City, the long-running soap on RTE-TV).

Joan died July 2007 and the photograph was taken in Dublin the previous July. May her soul rest in peace.
