Mary O'Hara Books
First published in 1984, paperback 1986, Celebration of Love is an anthology, a collection of Mary O'Hara's favourite readings on the subject of love.It has nine chapters entitled:
THE QUIET LAND OF ÉRIN- An exile song, originally in Gaelic (Ardaí Chuain) by the Ulster poet Mac Ambróis, after a period of enforced exile in Scotland.Translated from the Gaelic by Mary's sister, Joan O'Hara. This song, like Danny Boy, came to be associated very much with Mary O'Hara's repertoire and the type of Irish song she popularised.
